Delivery Time

Plain fabrics: Stock items are normally dispatched either the same day or the next working day for next-working-day delivery. While our couriers are very reliable, please keep in mind that next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Patterned fabrics: Approximately 1 week from order.

Made to Measure Products: Lead time typically 7 - 15 working days + shipping (UK: Next Working day, other countries: from 3 to 8 working days). See our current lead time estimate for made to measure products.

NOTE: In such a rare case that the fabric is out of stock delivery time can be up to 9 weeks, but please check with us unless we have contacted you already.

Ada & Ina reserves the right to notify you if shipping to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the shipping rate indicated due to the destination or the bulk and/or weight of the items being shipped. You will be contacted if the charges are higher and you may cancel your order at this stage if you will.

Natural linen and cotton fabrics are wonderfully durable, and routine care is simple. For day-to-day maintenance, simple dusting or gentle hoovering with a soft brush attachment is often enough unless there are visible stains.

When a deeper clean is needed, please follow the specific guidelines for your fabric type below:

Plain Fabrics

• Machine Washable: Plain fabrics can be washed at 40°C on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent.
• Important Note on Shrinkage: Because these are pure natural fibres, home washing may cause a small amount of natural shrinkage. Keep this in mind, especially if you are washing fabric prior to a project or tailored fit.

Printed Fabrics

• Dry Cleaning Recommended: If you need to wash printed fabric, we strongly recommend dry cleaning to prevent the colours and patterns from fading in the wash (we have used Timpsons with great results).
• Gentle Hand Wash Alternative: If you are unable to reach a dry cleaner, we recommend a very soft and gentle hand wash in a clean sink or basin with cool water and a mild detergent, taking care not to rub or wring the printed design.
